Whether you choose to pay with PAYPAL, CREDIT CARD (without any additional cost), or BANK TRANSFER, your data will always be on safe and encrypted servers.
For payment by credit card, we use the payment system secure SSL: Indeed at the time of confirmation of your order, your credit card data will be transferred via secure encryption connection in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to the credit card processing company, and for authorizing the charge. This procedure is absolutely safe and fully protects the customer from any possible abuse. We want to remember that, thanks to this system, MARTINATO cannot read, in any way, the credit card number of its customers.
MARTINATO.COM sells exclusively new and original products.
ORDER STATUS
As a registered customer, you may track all orders made from your account.
Customers who made a purchase as a guest can check the status of your order.
Otherwise you may receive information about your order status by sending an email to info@martinato.com
In the email please write the name and surname you used for the order and the order number.
ORDER CHANGES
We remind clients that, once an order is placed for available items, no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
To pay by credit card we use SSL security system. In fact, upon confirmation of your order, your credit card information will be requested and transferred via secure connection SSL (Secure Socket Layer), only by the bank responsible for the authorization and debit. It is a safe and risk-free procedure which prevent the customer from any possible abuse. We remember that thanks to this system, MARTINATO in any way cannot read the credit card numbers of its customers.
MARTINATO reserves the right to ask the customer additional information or to send copies of documents showing ownership of the credit card used. If the customer does not provide such information MARTINATO reserves the right not to accept the conclusion of the contract.
PAYPAL PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards and prepaid cards registered in PayPal circuit. Your financial data will not be shared with MARTINATO but are handled directly by PayPal. In case the order is cancelled (by the customer or by MARTINATO) the amount is refunded on the Customer's PayPal account.
MARTINATO will not be responsible for any delay or damage caused during the reimbursement perod.
ANTICIPATED WIRE TRANSFER PAYMENT
Our website, at the moment, does not allow this methods of payment, we kindly ask you to contact us per email or by telephone if you wish to proceed with a bank wire transfer.
