PRICES AND CURRENCY
Published prices and final invoices are in Euro.
The amount charged to a credit card or Pay Pal may vary as it will be affected by floating exchange rates and bank charges.
MARTINATO recommends contacting your bank to request detailed information regarding the exchange rates and bank charges in reference to your purchase.
Orders are shipped by MARTINATO from Trebaseleghe (PD), from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am. to 6.00 pm. Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning.

AVAILABLE MERCHANDISE: IMMEDIATE SHIPPING
Orders for available merchandise are shipped within the following 7 days of order placement, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Orders placed on weekends are shipped on the following 7 days counting from Monday).
In all cases, MARTINATO.COM reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.

AUTHORIZED SHIPMENT DELIVERY
All customers who make an order establish a commercial relationship with MARTINATO.COM and thereby undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests that the package be returned to sender, all shipping costs charged to MARTINATO.COM will be deducted from any reimbursement due to the customer.

SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are requested to carefully inspect the box before signing for the delivery. If for any reason, the box appears tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event, that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered, open a claim immediately with the local DHL office and contact MARTINATO.COM at info@martinato.com. If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address, the package may risk being sent back to the sender at the Client's expense. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement made by MARTINATO.

ORDER DISPATCH
Once an order is placed it is not possible to make any changes. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately. MARTINATO.COM reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping. It is at Mariella Martinato discretion the right to refuse an order or a service offer for anyone at any time.

PRODUCTS AND IMAGES ON LINE
MARTINATO.COM declines every responsibility if, due to a particular configuration of a client's computer or to malfunction, the colours of the products visualized on the website could appear to be slightly different from the original ones.Images on MARTINATO.COM belong to Mariella Martinato sas and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of Mariella Martinato sas is forbidden. Items featured on the website reflect the actual availability of the item in colour and size. The website is linked to all the holdings of Mariella Martinato sas including warehouses and stores. Once the order is processed by the Orders Department MARTINATO.COM reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the products bought, to verify the transaction's validity by credit card and to check the Client's record with MARTINATO.COM. Clients will be promptly informed by MARTINATO.COM orders office if for any reason the items ordered are not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client's request.
